What a great experience (for the third time)!  My third son asked me for advice about getting an engagement ring.  Without hesitation, I told him to go to the Jewelry Exchange!  He asked me to help him out (I was delighted)!  We were greeted the minute we walked in and after answering a few questions our salesperson hit it on the head with her suggestions and information.  The staff that my sone could have it in hand and ask his girlfriend before our family reunion that weekend!  They also did my new ring setting and another son's engagement ring!  We would never go anywhere else!  Thank you Sudbury Jewelry Exchange!  We love you!

I was in here over the weekend to get my ring repaired. I bought it at the store in California (Tustin) about 5 years ago and I had never had any problems with it.  So when I was out of town I snagged the ring on something and one of the prongs on my center diamond came loose and I freaked out.  Fortunately, when I called the Tustin store they let me know that I could take it to this store to have it repaired.  I went in and they seemed pretty busy, so I waited a bit and one of the sales ladies helped me.  They looked up my information and were able to repair my ring the same day!  Both the staff in Villa Park and the staff in Tustin were so helpful.  I love going here for jewelry and I have never found better quality anywhere.

I went to the Jewelry Exchange in Dallas to by an engagement ring and loved it.  I went to Robin's Brothers and was completely bombarded and they did everything they could to push me into buying about five different rings aven after I said no.  A salesperson named Leah helped me and was awesome.  I went in the first time and didn't find anything but described to her what I was looking for.  When a ring cam in axactly how I described she immediately called me and left a voicemail excited to let me know.  It was perfect and very reasonable priced.  I will only buy jewelry from now on from the Jewelry Exchange in Dallas.

I came to this specific location earlier in the year to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend; after shopping around at many different locations, I found that the Jewelry Exchange in Greenwood Village was a far better value for certified diamonds that any mall location.  As someone that did not have 10k plus to spend, I purchased a ring last Friday that looks absolutely ridiculous (clarity, color, total weight) on my now fiancé's hand.  Maybe I just got that one amazing deal but I am taking the time to fill this out to say, for any guys shopping for his girl, this is the place.

Excellent Service - excellent ring!  My fiancé bought my engagement ring here after a friend referred him.  To be honest, neither of us knew anything about diamonds.  The staff helped my fiancé find the best diamond for his budget, pick a great style, setting, etc.  They educated my fiancé and took the time to really show him what a good diamond was.  When we went back to the Minneapolis Store the next day to the ring sized, everyone was very nice and helpful.  The sizing took only about 10 minutes an we were on our way. Back in Novemeber 2010, my fiancé and I came in seeking a diamond & sapphire engagement ring/band.  The sales associate worked diligently to design something similar to what I wanted.  Their warmth, smile and patience was outstanding.  We were not able to make the purchase at the time but returned in April 2011.  A new sales associate picked up where the former left off.  They demonstrated the very same warmth, smile and patience.  Your staff wrks hard to accomodate the customer with their heart desires.  I now have my ring set and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!.  Thanks to the staff at the Jewelry Exchange in Norristown for making a lasting impression (I simply did not want a ring from any other store).  Job well done!

My fiancé and I had been shopping for an engagement ring for a while; we weren't sure about The Jewelry Exchange in Phoenix at first, but it was worth a shot.  When we went there the staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable.  Before we started lookings at some diamonds, the manager actually took the time to explain the difference in shapes and why some diamonds sparkle more than others.  They explained to us what exactly makes the diamond sparkle.  We didn't even know there was a difference; everywhere else just says the same old thing "isn't this one nice."  Dealing with someone that actually knows what they're stalking about made us feel very confident in buying from the Phoenix Jewelry Exchange.  So thank you all so much for all of the knowledge about diamonds.  I will definitely recommend all my friends to go here.

Wonderful service! I recently became engaged to the love o fmy life after 3 years of dating.  I saw the commercials for The Jewelry Exchange many times but it sounded too good to be true.  Turns out is was indeed true!  The staff was more than friendly and helpful with not only my fiancé's engagement and wedding rings bur also with mine.  My fiancé and I were bath a little wishy-washy in our decision but it seemed to make no difference to their staff.  They were more than understanding with our "mind-changing" selections and fittings.  They really did care about our feelings with the big step we were taking.  With that being said and the quality of the rings we selected both my fiancé and myself agreed that we will certainly be "repeat" customers of The Jewelry Exchange in Overland for all occasions.

WE SHOULD'VE GONE TO BETHESDA FIRST!  My fiancé and I had a horrible experience searching for an engagement ring in NY's diamond district.  We decided to give The Jewelry Exchange in Bethesda a try and left happier than ever!  We worked with a sales associate who was honest, extremely patient and provided outstanding customer service.  We were looking for a diamond in the 1.5 - 2.0 carat range that would fit our budget.  We purchased a 2.68 carat ring that is not only stunning but it also fits our budget!  No other jewelry store came close to the savings we found at the Jewelry Exchange in Bethesda.  I absolutely love my engagement ring and received several compliments before leaving the store!
